Agnieszka Żmijko
For over 30 years I have been supporting people and organizations in building good relationships, understanding each other and finding their way in the changing world of work and life.
I started in large companies and corporations, conducting recruitment, training and managing teams. I worked as an HR Manager in General Motors, Polkomtel, Lafarge, CenturyLink, Computacenter and the Norwegian Refugee Council, among others. Over time, what is most important to me moved from procedures to relationships.
Your development path starts here
Today I accompany people as a coach, trainer and mediator. I help them understand themselves, others and the context. I find it particularly close to my heart to work with people who come to Poland from other countries – looking for their place, home, language and peace here.
I have an education in pedagogy, management, coaching and labour law. I have completed MBA studies, I am a certified mediator and a volunteer at the Academy of the Future.
I work with my heart, mindfulness and structure. And when I want to rest – I go to Warmia and Mazury, where nature reminds me that simplicity and presence are the greatest value.
